About the Role:
As an Intellectual Property Partner, you will lead and develop a broad IP practice spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters. The firm offers flexibility around team structure and workstream focus, including:
- Trademark and Design Registration: Full-service registration capabilities available in-house, or the option to coordinate with trusted external agents based on your preferences and client needs.
- Patent Advice: Advising clients on the protection, exploitation, and enforcement of patents, with a strong pipeline of innovative clients across sectors including technology, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing.
- Brand & Reputation Management: Strategic review and development of existing brands to ensure alignment with business goals and market positioning.
- Infringements & Disputes: Acting swiftly to protect clients from reputational or commercial risk by identifying threats and leading enforcement actions.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an established Partner or highly experienced Legal Director/Counsel with a clear business case and a proven track record in building client relationships. You’ll have:
