This role is with a Midlands based Mechanical Contractor who over the last 15 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects locally and also across the country, playing a leadership role in the Estimating team pricing up the Mechanical aspects of projects. Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands, you will be working closely with one of the Directors of the business and be given every opportunity to learn from them.
As a Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will be:
- Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £5M
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership team in a close-knit Estimating team
- Pricing up all Mechanical aspects of projects including plumbing, pipework, heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- Working on exciting projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
- Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development
- Offered opportunities to progress and grow
We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, Senior HVAC Estimator or a Mechanical HVAC Estimator wanting to step up. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
As a Mechanical Estimator your salary will be within the £60-65K region. As part of your employment with the company you will receive company car (EV), healthcare, pension and a performance related bonus. The company also offer a days working from home per week to give you some flexibility.
