This position: Revit / BIM Coordinator is with a Building Services Consultancy that has built an amazing culture within the office, there is a real buzz around the place!
You will be involved in some exciting projects across a variety of sectors and will be a key member of the team. There is a really strong progression route for the right person, you will be instrumental in the Consultancies’ growth supporting M&E design teams.
Responsibilities
- Populating concept M&E drawings in 2D CAD, Revit, BIM from stage 3 to 6 Design levels
- Performing clash detection and resolution using Revit to identify and mitigate conflicts early
- Collaborating with the Design team to integrate Revit models with architectural and structural models
- Liaising with Architects, Structural Engineers, Main Contractors design personnel and in-house Design staff
- Implementing and maintaining BIM standards and protocols
- Offered opportunities to progress and grow
We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Revit Engineer, BIM Engineer or Digital Engineer, with a Consulting or Contracting background. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as AutoCAD or Revit MEP. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you : HND and / or Degree in Building Services Engineering.
Salary and Benefits
As a BIM / Revit Coordinator your salary will be within the £40-50K region and as part of your employment with the company you will receive:
