The Role As a Real Estate Partner, you will lead the Milton Keynes Real Estate team, managing a portfolio of high-quality clients while driving growth and strategic development across the region. The work spans a full range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development, investment, landlord and tenant, and real estate finance. The team also has particular strength in acting for developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and institutional landlords. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and develop the Real Estate team in Milton Keynes, ensuring continued excellence in client service. * Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including development, investment, and complex portfolio management. * Collaborate with national colleagues to deliver an integrated, cross-departmental service. * Play a key role in business development, strengthening existing relationships and building new opportunities. * Mentor and support junior lawyers to develop the next generation of talent. About You You will be an established Real Estate Partner or an ambitious Legal Director / Senior Associate ready to take the next step into partnership. You’ll combine technical excellence with strong leadership and business development capability. You will bring: * 8+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate. * A strong track record managing complex transactions and high-value portfolios. * A client-focused approach and ability to deliver pragmatic, commercial solutions. * Demonstrable business development experience and a strategic mindset. * A following or strong professional network (desirable but not essential).
