This role: Quantity Surveyor is with a Midlands based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who over the last 30 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. They are currently in an excellent position and have a lot of work on and in the pipeline. You will play an instrumental part in managing their Commercial team Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them. As M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be: * Negotiating contracts * Managing the financials of projects up to the value of £5M * Building and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors * Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail * Putting together risk assessments * Offered opportunities to progress and grow We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Quantity Surveyor or Electrical Quantity Surveyor. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND, BSc, or MSc in Quantity Surveying or MEP Commercial Management. As an M&E Quantity Surveyor your salary will be within the £60K-£70K region plus a Company car or car allowance. As part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the bonus and pension scheme.
