A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its successful Employment team in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team that offers high-quality work, strong supervision, and genuine long-term progression opportunities.
The Opportunity
You will join an established Employment team consisting of:
- 1 Partner
- 2 Solicitors (including 1 Trainee Solicitor)
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employers and employees, including:
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
- Employment Tribunal work
- Settlement agreements
- Redundancy and restructuring advice
- Drafting contracts, policies, and procedures
- Corporate support employment matters
The firm is keen to speak with Solicitors with 2+ years’ PQE who are technically strong, commercially aware, and enjoy building lasting client relationships. This role would particularly suit someone looking to continue developing their Employment Law expertise within a progressive regional practice where they will receive excellent support and exposure to quality work.
