A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join its established and growing Private Client team in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and compassionate solicitor to join a specialist team handling high-quality and often complex Court of Protection matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
You will join a well-established team of 12 professionals and work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of Court of Protection matters. The caseload will include:
- Deputyship applications
- Property & financial affairs matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Statutory wills
- Trust management
- Mental capacity issues
- Applications to the Court of Protection
- Supporting vulnerable clients and their families
The firm is keen to speak with Solicitors with around 4+ years’ PQE who have strong Court of Protection experience and are confident managing their own caseload while working collaboratively within a larger specialist team. This role would suit someone who is empathetic, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional client care in sensitive matters.
