This role: Mechanical Projects Engineer is with a Midlands based Building Services Contractor who over the last 30+ years have maintained a reputation for quality and service. You will be responsible for Project Management, Coordination, Installation & commissioning of Mechanical HVAC systems within commercial and industrial buildings with values of up to £6M+. As a Mechanical Projects Engineer, you will be: * Managing Mechanical aspects of projects within the Commercial and Industrial sectors * Managing the whole contract costs from inception to final account, keeping track of labour and material expenditure, forecasts and P&L * Developing system specifications and prepare construction drawings and documentation, Plant and equipment schedules for mechanical HVAC systems * Placing orders with Suppliers and Sub-contractors. * Managing subcontractors * Providing technical support to clients We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Projects Engineer, Mechanical Projects Manager or Mechanical Contracts Manager.
