You could be a valued member of the companies experienced Contracting team, managing all the Mechanical Services of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework for a wide variety of top tier projects across the UK.\\n\\nThis position: Mechanical Project Manager is with one of The Midlands leading Building Services companies who have an extremely loyal and extensive customer base.\\n\\nYou will be involved in awesome projects across a variety of sectors and will be a key member of the close-knit Contracting team. Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.\\n\\nAs a Mechanical Project Manager you will be:\\n\\n * Managing projects with a value of up to £10M- all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework\\n\\n * Working with a close-knit projects team\\n\\n * Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial\\n\\n * Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractors\\n\\n * Offered opportunities to progress and grow\\n\\nWe would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or M&E Manager.
Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.\\n\\nAs a Mechanical Project Manager your salary will be within the £55-65K region and you will also receive a company car or car allowance.
