Synergy Personnel Services is working with a highly regarded, full-service law firm that is looking to strengthen its Family team with the appointment of an experienced Family Solicitor with between 3 and 7 years’ PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor who is looking for the next step in their career and wants to join a well-established team with a strong reputation for providing high-quality, commercially aware and genuinely client-focused advice.

You will join an established Family team advising individuals and families across a broad range of private family matters. The role will involve managing your own caseload and dealing directly with clients, with exposure to a varied mix of work including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy matters
  • Private children matters
  • Cohabitation agreements
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Dispute resolution and negotiated settlements
  • Other associated family law matters

The team takes a particularly client-focused approach, recognising that family law matters can be highly sensitive and require both technical expertise and an understanding of the individual circumstances involved. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and highly regarded Family lawyers, while continuing to develop your own technical expertise, client relationships and career.

We are looking for a qualified Family Solicitor with 3-7 years' PQE who can demonstrate solid experience within private family law. You will ideally have:

  • Strong experience across private family matters
  • Good technical knowledge of family law
  • Experience managing your own caseload
  • Strong client-care and communication skills
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice
  • The confidence to take ownership of matters while working collaboratively within a wider team
  • A genuine desire to develop your career within a specialist Family practice

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with clients and understands that good family law is about much more than simply providing legal advice.

This is a chance to join a progressive and well-established legal practice where you can build on your existing experience within a supportive and experienced Family team. For the right individual, there is genuine scope to develop professionally, take on increasing responsibility and build a long-term career within a highly respected legal environment. This role is paying between £40-50K.

If you’re a Family Solicitor with 3-7 years' PQE and are considering your next move, I’d be very happy to have a confidential conversation with you about the opportunity. Contact Synergy Personnel Services for further information or to arrange a confidential discussion.
