As a specialist M&E recruiter, I’m currently working in partnership with a well-established and growing Building Services Contractor based in Leicester who is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support their expanding project portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic contractor delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions across the UK, with project values ranging from £100K to £3M.
The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical packages across multiple projects nationwide. This will involve regular travel, so flexibility is essential.
- Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Overseeing health & safety compliance across sites
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Managing procurement, cost control, and project reporting
The Candidate
We’re looking for a driven and technically competent professional with a strong background in electrical building services. You will ideally have:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E / Building Services sector
- Experience delivering projects in the £100K – £3M range
- Strong commercial awareness and project control skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required
- Relevant electrical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent preferred)
