We are partnering with a highly respected Top 50 UK law firm to appoint an experienced Immigration Partner to join their expanding practice. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior immigration specialist to play a key role in a firm known for its strong commercial presence and outstanding client service.
The Role
As a senior leader in the immigration practice, you will be instrumental in managing and developing a high-performing team while continuing to build the firm’s profile across key sectors. You will advise UK and multinational businesses on the full spectrum of corporate immigration matters and act as a strategic contact for global mobility issues.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Acting as a central contact point and project lead for global mobility requirements
- Providing business visitor advice tailored to client-specific needs
- Advising on Indefinite Leave to Remain and citizenship applications
- Supporting clients with sponsor licence compliance, including mock audits, right to work checks, HR systems and penalty avoidance
- Guiding clients through licence maintenance
