Synergy Personnel Services is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist private family law practice seeking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join its growing Doncaster office. This is an excellent opportunity for a family law professional with 2+ years experience who is looking to join a supportive, highly regarded team where quality of work, client care and career progression are genuinely valued.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of privately funded family matters, providing practical, empathetic and commercially focused advice to clients. Your workload will include:
- Divorce and separation matters
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Separation agreements
- Non-molestation and occupation orders
- TOLATA matters (desirable but not essential)
There will also be opportunities to support junior colleagues, contribute to business development activities and play an important role in the continued growth of the Doncaster office.
