They are currently seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding team.
THE ROLE: As a Corporate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate matters, advising clients on various legal aspects of their businesses. Responsibilities include:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contracts and compliance.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
- Conduct due diligence and research to support clients in making informed business decisions.
- Represent clients in negotiations, meetings and other business transactions.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to ensure the provision of accurate and up to date advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted legal advisor.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
ABOUT YOU: To be considered for this role, you need to have a minimum of 5 years experience of working within Corporate Law with excellent knowledge of law principles, regulations and best practices. You will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and strategic advice to clients. Furthermore, you should be able to handle a diverse caseload and prioritise tasks effectively within a high level of professionalism.
THE BENEFITS: £45-55K, WFH 2 days per week.
