Through growth, they are currently looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.
THE ROLE:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be specialising in property law, undertaking re mortgages, transfer of equities, sale & purchase transactions, including; freehold, leasehold and shared ownership, repossessions and new build on both residential and commercial properties.
THE PERSON:
Culture is a really important aspect of this firms recruitment policy and this will form a huge part of their decision making process. In terms of skills, you need to have demonstrable experience of working as a Qualified or Licensed Conveyancing Solicitor along with a clear DBS.
