A well-established and highly respected regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join its growing Family & Childcare team in Northampton. The Opportunity
You will manage a varied caseload of public childcare matters, representing parents, grandparents, and other family members in sensitive and complex proceedings. The role will include:
- Care proceedings
- Emergency protection matters
- Special Guardianship Orders
- Child arrangement issues
- PLO matters
- Advocacy where appropriate
- Working closely with local authorities and external agencies
The successful candidate must be a member of the Law Society Children Panel and will be confident handling their own caseload independently while delivering exceptional client care.
