Practice Focus
The role will cover a diverse and high-profile caseload, advising a wide spectrum of clients — from multinational corporates and public bodies to insurers and senior executives — across a full range of contentious and advisory regulatory matters, including:
- Health & Safety
- Corporate & Gross Negligence Manslaughter
- Criminal Defence (including Fraud, Financial Crime & Investigations)
- Coroner’s Inquests
- Fire & Food Safety
- Environmental Law & Statutory Nuisance
