Job Description

Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Site Manager – Facades for a project in Southampton, Hampshire.\\n\\nSite Manager – Facades (Southampton, Hampshire)\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager (Facades) to oversee the delivery of multiple façade-related packages on a live project in Southampton, Hampshire, with a total package value of approximately £6,000,000.\\n\\nScope of works you will be overseeing:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Curtain walling installation\\n\\n * \\n\\n Entrance doors\\n\\n * \\n\\n RS cladding\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ground floor soffits\\n\\n * \\n\\n Plantroom cladding\\n\\nYou will be site-based daily and will report to the Senior Project Manager on a day-to-day basis.\\n\\nWorking hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm (TBC – guide only)\\n\\nDuration of works: Approximately 6 months, with potential extension depending on project progress and site conditions.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Day-to-day management of façade installation packages\\n\\n * \\n\\n Overseeing labour and subcontractors on site\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing a package valued at circa £6m\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring adherence to programme and quality standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Completing and managing daily H&S documentation\\n\\n * \\n\\n Completing QA paperwork and inspections\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaising confidently with the main contractor and project stakeholders\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintaining a tidy, safe, compliant site\\n\\nExperience & Qualifications Required\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS Black Site Manager card\\n\\n * \\n\\n NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent)\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS\\n\\n * \\n\\n First Aid\\n\\n * \\n\\n MEWPs for Managers\\n\\n * \\n\\n PASMA\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven track record within the facades sector\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience managing similar projects and specialist packages\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to read and interpret technical drawings\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong IT and paperwork management skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Confident dealing directly with main contractors
