Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager for a project in Thatcham, Berkshire. You will be running a £3.2m Project working on an assisted living project from start to finish. There is also a potential of a Temp to Perm position with the business as well.

You will have:

  • SMSTS
  • 1st Aid
  • CSCS
  • DBS

You will have previous experience of working on Projects between £2m up to £5m, be able to lead from the front. This will be working for a main contractor who are growing rapidly and they are looking for people to grow with the business too, so there is also a chance of progression for the right candidate.
