Key Requirements
- Valid SMSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
- CSCS card holder
- Proven track record managing commercial and residential builds
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets effectively
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress against programme and budget
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Deliver projects to the highest standards on time and within budget
