Key Requirements

• Valid SMSTS certification
• First Aid qualification
• CSCS card holder
• Proven track record managing commercial and residential builds
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress against programme and budget
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Deliver projects to the highest standards on time and within budget
