Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 14-month residential project near Romsey, Hampshire. The project consists of 4 high-quality new build units (4–5 bedroom houses), and you will be responsible for managing the build from start to finish.
The Role:
- Full site management of a small residential development
- Managing subcontractors and trades on site
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Managing programme, quality, and progress
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the project team
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid at Work
- Valid CSCS
- Proven experience delivering residential projects
- Experience taking projects from groundworks through to completion
- Strong organisational and communication skills
