Synergy Personnel LTD is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a dynamic team on a residential housing project in Romsey, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing residential construction projects and a passion for delivering high-quality builds. This is a small project between 4 to 6 units bespoke.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience on residential construction projects
- SMSTS certified (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Valid First Aid certification
- CSCS
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors, monitor site progress, and ensure safety compliance
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations
