A respected regional developer is seeking a proven Site Manager to take full responsibility for a high-quality new build scheme, from superstructure through to final handover. This is a 14-month direct contract with the client, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to lead a flagship housing project.
The Role
- Full site management of a new build residential scheme (houses and flats)
- Managing subcontractors and direct labour
- Driving programme, build quality, and health & safety performance
- Coordinating with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives
- Managing logistics, sequencing, and short-term planning
