The role:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team across a diverse range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is keen to learn, gain responsibility, and progress within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with measurement, take-offs, and preparation of bills of quantities.
- Support in the preparation of tenders, valuations, and variations.
- Help manage project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting via Procore.
- Support senior QSs and Estimators with day-to-day duties.
About you:
- Recently graduated or studying Quantity Surveying (or related discipline).
- Some industry experience (placement or entry-level role) preferred but not essential.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Competent with Microsoft Excel; experience with Procore an advantage.
- Positive attitude, team player, and proactive approach.
