A respected regional developer is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager for a 15-month direct contract on a high-quality residential and conversion scheme near Portsmouth, Hampshire. This is a key hire for someone who takes real pride in delivering beautifully finished homes and can drive quality through to handover.
The Role
- Managing all finishing trades and ensuring exceptional workmanship
- Leading snagging, quality control, and final presentation of units
- Coordinating closely with Site Management, subcontractors, and the client team
- Maintaining programme targets while upholding high standards
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised site during the final delivery phase
