Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Slinger Signaller / Lift Supervisor Required – Bristol. We are currently seeking an experienced Slinger Signaller / Lift Supervisor for an upcoming project based in Bristol.
Location: Bristol
Duration: 3-month contract
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating lifting operations on site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently. The project involves lifting operations using a Minifor hoist, so prior experience with similar equipment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as Slinger Signaller and/or Lift Supervisor for site operations
- Supervising lifts and ensuring compliance with lift plans and safety procedures
- Communicating clearly with site teams
- Ensuring all lifting equipment is used correctly and safely
- Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Slinger Signaller and Lift Supervisor certification (CPCS/NPORS)
- Proven experience with Minifor hoists or similar lifting equipment
- Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety regulations
- Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team
