An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a prestigious new-build Community Centre on a greenfield site in Bracknell. This £12m project will run from April through to 2027, offering long-term involvement in a high-profile scheme.
We are looking for a strong, decisive leader with a proven track record successfully delivering projects ranging from £3m to £15m. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the project, from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial targets are achieved.
