As we continue to scale, we are seeking a full-time highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator / PA to support our team across office operations, event coordination, and project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting international business, helping to contribute to shaping our internal processes, and grow alongside a dynamic and ambitious team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes.
- Manage inboxes, scheduling, and document organisation.
- Coordinate travel, diaries, and meetings.
