Synergy Mission Critical are a specialist consultancy focused on Data Centres and Mission Critical infrastructure projects, providing technical project management, Commissioning, BMS expertise, and quality assurance services across the UK and Europe.
As we continue to scale, we are seeking a full-time highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support our team across office operations, event coordination, and project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting international business, helping to contribute to shaping our internal processes, and grow alongside a dynamic and ambitious team.
Responsibilities:- Assist in designing, producing, planning and publishing marketing content on various social media channels.
- Liaising with third parties for material publication.
- Manage content creation for websites and various platforms.
- Ownership of marketing campaigns through the likes of MailChimp and inhouse CRM system.
- Assist in planning and delivering company events and networking sessions nationally.
- Manage logistics including venues.
