Synergy Mission Critical are a specialist consultancy focused on Data Centres and Mission Critical infrastructure projects, providing technical project management, Commissioning, BMS expertise, and quality assurance services across the UK and Europe.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a full-time highly organised and proactive Marketing & Business Support Manager to support our team across marketing operations, event coordination, and project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting international business, helping to contribute to shaping our branding, and grow alongside a dynamic and ambitious team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing, producing, planning and publishing marketing content on various social media channels.
  • Development of literature and marketing materials.
  • Website development.
  • Podcast marketing & coordination.
  • Liaising with third parties for material publication.
  • Manage content creation for websites and various platforms.
  • Ownership of marketing campaigns through the likes of MailChimp and our CRM system.
  • Event Coordination.
