Synergy Mission Critical are a specialist consultancy focused on Data Centres and Mission Critical infrastructure projects, providing technical project management, Commissioning, BMS expertise, and quality assurance services across the UK and Europe.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a full-time highly organised, experienced and proactive Marketing & Business Support Manager to support our team across marketing operations, event coordination, and project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting international business, helping to contribute to shaping our branding, and grow alongside a dynamic and ambitious team.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing
    • Assist in designing, producing, planning and publishing marketing content on various social media channels.
    • Development of literature and marketing materials.
    • Podcast marketing & coordination.
    • Liaising with third parties for material publication.
    • Manage content creation for websites and various platforms.
    • Ownership of marketing campaigns through the likes of MailChimp and our CRM system.
  • Event Coordination
    • Assist in planning and delivering company events and networking sessions nationally.
    • Manage logistics including venues, catering, and guest coordination.
    • Support the creation of event materials and social media updates.
    • Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Business & Administrative Support
    • Customer onboarding.
    • Accreditation applications.
    • Maintain efficient administrative processes, procedures and documentation.
    • Liaise with suppliers and support procurement and office management.
    • Assist project teams with documentation, scheduling, and data tracking.
    • Conduct research and prepare reports to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within a Technology, Construction, or Engineering environment.

Required Skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experienced in Marketing software: Mailchimp, Ticket-tailor, Image/Video software.
  • A proactive, adaptable self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Marketing campaigns, creating resources and managing social media channels.

Salary £27-35K depending on experience

Location Emersons Green BS16 (Hybrid). Driver preferred due to events.
