Synergy Mission Critical are a specialist consultancy focused on Data Centres and Mission Critical infrastructure projects, providing technical project management, Commissioning, BMS expertise, and quality assurance services across the UK and Europe.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a full-time highly organised and proactive Events & Marketing Coordinator to support our team across social media channels, event coordination and project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting international business, helping to contribute to shaping our branding, internal processes, and grow alongside a dynamic and ambitious team.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination
    • Assist in planning and delivering company events and networking sessions nationally.
    • Manage logistics including venues, catering, and guest coordination.
    • Support the creation of event materials, websites and social media updates.
    • Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Marketing Coordination
    • Develop and maintain efficient marketing processes.
    • Create and publish articles, newsletters and marketing materials on various social media channels.
    • Liaise with third parties for marketing material production.
    • Create, implement and manage mailouts using the likes of MailChimp, Canva etc.
  • Administrative Support
    • Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes and documentation.
    • Manage inboxes, scheduling, and document organisation.
    • Coordinate travel, diaries, and meetings.
    • Liaise with suppliers and support procurement and office management.
  • Project Support
    • Assist project teams with documentation, scheduling, and data tracking.
    • Maintain project files and monitor deadlines.
    • Conduct research and prepare reports to support business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a busy marketing role for a start-up company, ideally within a Technology, Construction, or Engineering environment.
  • General all-round administration experience.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive, adaptable self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Event coordination experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Marketing campaigns, creating resources and managing social media channels.

Pay range and compensation package:

  • Salary: £27-35K depending on experience.
  • Location: Emersons Green BS16 (Hybrid).
  • Driver preferred due to events.
