Overview
We are looking for a Scrub Theatre Nurse with Synergy Medical. You will play a vital role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring the smooth running of operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the operating room before procedures.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
- Safely and efficiently pass instruments and equipment to the surgeon during surgery.
- Assist with draping patients and de-gowning post-procedure.
- Respond promptly and calmly in surgical emergencies, following instructions and protocols.
- Complete accurate surgical documentation.
- Support patient transfer and handover to the recovery room.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the surgical team.

Qualifications
- Current NMC registration.
- Minimum of 6 months recent UK NHS scrub experience.
