Synergy Hair & Beauty in Studley is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to begin their journey in the Hairdressing Industry. You’ll work towards a nationally recognised qualification while gaining experience in a professional salon environment.

Our fully qualified team offer an extensive range of services, from hair colouring and extensions to Dermalogica skin treatments, CACI and waxing. We also have particular expertise in 3D Lipo treatments and can help you lose inches as well as wrinkles! With 30 years in the hair and beauty industry, clients can put their faith in Synergy Hair & Beauty Salon.

What You'll Do

  • Shampooing clients and applying hair treatments
  • Blow drying and basic styling
  • Assisting senior stylists and other team members
  • Providing front-of-house support, such as greeting clients and managing bookings
  • Performing general salon duties to maintain cleanliness and organisation

Training Outcome

Upon successful completion of the Hair Professional Apprenticeship, there are several progression opportunities available to support your continued growth in the hairdressing industry, including:

  • Progression onto the Advanced & Creative Hair Professional Apprenticeship
  • Specialisation in areas such as Barbering or becoming a Colour Expert
  • Pursuing qualifications such as the Assessor’s Award or TAQA (Training, Assessment, and Quality Assurance) to move into training and assessing roles

These pathways provide opportunities to expand your expertise, enhance your career options, and potentially move into salon management and education.
