Synergy Group, a growing B2B events company, is looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to help connect senior business leaders through professional roundtables and business-led events. Youโll spend most of your time generating leads, making outbound calls, and speaking with decision-makers to confirm their attendance at our events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured sales work, clear KPIs, and developing their commercial skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to engage decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and contact relevant prospects.
- Registration Management: Secure and confirm attendee registrations.
- Client Research: Understand client needs and spot opportunities for engagement.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support smooth event delivery.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and keep pipelines updated.
- Organisation: Prioritise daily tasks, manage follow-ups, and work to KPIs.
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking on the phone
- Experience in sales or a KPI-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Good relationship-building skills
- Resilient and able to handle objections
Desired Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or Aircall
- Confidence using CRM platforms and sales tools
- Adaptable, persuasive, and target-driven
