Sub Contractor Cleaner

Job Description Synergy FM is currently looking for self-employed, experienced cleaners to join our expanding team in Leeds. /n We provide flexible, consistent work in Leeds — from regular domestic cleans to deep and end-of-tenancy cleans. You focus on delivering excellent service — we handle the bookings, customer communication, and payments. /n How It Works: /n /n - We contact you to assign the job /n - You receive clear job details and client information ahead of time /n - You collect the keys from the management offices /n - We handle all payments and customer service so you can focus on cleaning /n - You receive any tips received from the resident /n /n What You’ll Need: /n /n - Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience in residential spaces /n - Your own basic cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, sprays, cloths, etc.) /n - Must be self-employed and eligible to work in the UK /n - Ability to travel across Leeds /n - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability /n /n Pay & Benefits: /n /n - £16-18 per hour, depending on job type and client reviews /n - Flexible working /n - Referral rewards and tips /n - Long-term job opportunities /n /n Schedule: /n /n - Daytime and evening work available /n - Weekend work optional /n /n /n Application question(s): /n /n - Are you available for work at least 2-3 days a week? /n - Are you self-employed or planning to register as self-employed? /n - Are you able to bring your own cleaning products/equipment? /n - Do you have your own vehicle /n - Do you have public liability / business insurance? /n /n Experience: /n /n - Deep Cleaning: 1 year (required) /n /n Work Location: In person /n
