The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive with a couple of years’ experience to manage day to day marketing activity across the business. This is a hands‑on role covering social media, website updates, CRM management and lead generation, compliance collateral with a strong emphasis on organisation.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Plan, create and schedule content across all channels
- Maintain a consistent brand messaging and tone of voice
- Monitor engagement and adjust content based on performance
Website Management
- Manage routine website updates
- Ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Liaise with external stakeholders when required to support
- Squarespace Knowledge desired but not essential
CRM & Lead Generation
- Manage and maintain CRM data
- Support email campaigns and outbound communications
- Track inbound enquiries and support lead follow up processes
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign trackers
- Produce basic performance reports for all efforts
- Support sales, compliance, and operations teams with marketing collateral
About You
- 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
- Confident managing social media channels independently
- Comfortable updating websites using Squarespace
- Organised, detail focused and reliable
- Clear written communication skills
Desirable
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools
- Design skills using Canva
- Understanding of lead generation and B2B marketing
