About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a professional health and safety team, delivering occupational health services to clients across a variety of industries. You will travel to client sites, carrying out health surveillance and screening programmes that help organisations protect employee health, meet their legal obligations, and promote workplace wellbeing. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries while developing valuable specialist skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Health Surveillance & Screening Conduct audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, skin assessments, and HAVS questionnaires. Carry out drug and alcohol testing. Deliver fitness-for-work medicals where appropriately trained. Support the delivery of occupational health programmes in line with best practice.
  • Client Site Delivery Set up and operate temporary testing facilities at client premises. Provide a professional and positive experience for employees attending assessments. Liaise confidently with clients, employees, and site contacts.
  • Equipment & Quality Management Prepare, calibrate, and maintain clinical testing equipment. Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment remains clean, safe, and fit for purpose. Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, clinical standards, and health and safety requirements.
  • Administration & Reporting Complete medical questionnaires and records accurately. Upload and manage data within company systems. Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health information in accordance with GDPR requirements.
  • Team Support Work closely with Occupational Health Advisors, Occupational Hygienists, and the wider management team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and client experience.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in Occupational Health, Healthcare, Health & Safety, or a related field
  • Experience conducting health surveillance activities
  • Knowledge of occupational health practices and workplace wellbeing
