We are an industry leading Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry provider who are committed to ‘Lifelong Learning’. We are currently recruiting for a Practice Manager to join our ever expanding team in line with our ambitious and meticulous growth plans.
The Role:
- Taking over as the CQC registered manager, ensuring the Practice meets CQC Requirements, Outcomes and legislation.
- Ensuring strong communication throughout the practice, including information from HQ and hosting Practice Meetings.
- Delivering all training and Development plans in line with central training policies and ensuring that all support and training is being followed and implemented on site.
- Managing patient complaints through to resolution and handling all practice queries with support from Area Management and HQ.
- Carrying out Clinical Audits for the practice and ensuring thorough completion of the Practice Manager checklist of duties.
- Ensuring all patient activity is accurately updated including treatment information and patient details.
- Performance managing the practice team, ensuring all staff are supported and motivated, with assistance from HR and Area Management Team.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed as per Task Management and HR Information System.
The Person:
- Experienced in Practice Management or Equivalent Management Qualification.
- Someone with a Full Dental Nursing Qualification and is GDC Registered. (Desirable)
- Outstanding organisational skills, with an ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure and a desire to grow professionally.
- Someone who is IT Proficient (Microsoft Office Packages).
- Experienced with Management of people in a friendly and approachable manner.
- A person with a friendly and approachable demeanour and a passion to help.
