Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join their busy operation in Leeds. You will play a crucial role in motivating the team and achieving operation targets.
Working hours are Sunday 0800 - 1400 and Monday to Thursday 1630 - Midnight. The successful candidate will be one of three Team Leaders reporting to the Shift Manager, managing an operation of 40 people in the warehouse.
You will be able to operate self-sufficiently, be experienced in managing people, training staff, dealing with absences and sickness, and be IT literate.
