Synergy CRS is looking for reliable, professional, and empathetic Delivery Drivers to join our clients' healthcare logistics team. This is more than just a driving job; you are a vital link in the healthcare chain, delivering prescriptions directly to patients' homes.

The Package

  • Pay Rate: £13.12 per hour
  • Hours: 15 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a fixed Saturday shift every fortnight.
  • Location: Local routes delivering to people in their own homes.

The Shift Patterns

To ensure full coverage for our patients, you must be flexible enough to work a mix of the following three daily routes (Monday-Friday):

  • Morning: 08:30 - 13:00
  • Afternoon: 13:00 - 16:30
  • Evening: 17:00 - 20:30

Weekend Requirement: You will be required to work every other Saturday, from 08:30 to 17:00. Rotas are provided weekly in advance so you can plan your time.

Requirements

  • Driving License: No more than 6 penalty points.
  • Clean Record: Strictly NO previous convictions for Drink Driving (DR), Drug Driving (DG), or Careless Driving (CD).
  • Background Check: Must have (or be able to pass) a clean DBS check.
  • Personal Qualities: You must be punctual, organized, and have a friendly, respectful manner with patients.
