We are looking for a Transport Administrator to be a part of our client Logistics team.
You will be responsible for assisting the Transportation Manager with all day to day transportation activities.
Helping develop efficient transport operations and optimizing the existing strategies will be a part ofyour job role.

Job description 1.
Responsibility for accurate and timely generation of picking notes and for timely creation of delivery paperwork, ensuring that all deliveries have paperwork prior to despatch. 2.
Collect and collate delivery notes and summaries for vehicle runs both before and after delivery, in particular ensuring all PODs are checked and returned to Accounts for invoicing. 3.
Collate statistics on performance, costs and reasons for usage of carriers. 4.
Complete daily filing of documents in an orderly manner. 5.
To assist in the production of a daily efficient, and cost effective, route plan.
This to include new patients, out of schedule patients, dose/regimen changes and any other request in line with the Companys core business. 6.
Liaise regularly with Warehouse, Customer Care and Pharmacy staff to ensure correct control of customer orders in line with delivery schedules. 7.
Monitor failed deliveries and process any goods returned in a timely manner. 8.
