We are looking for compassionate and reliable Community Care Workers to support individuals living independently in their own homes. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life within their local community. Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
