Synergy is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage the day-to-day flow of our Service Desk and Field Services operations. You will act as the primary inbound call manager, triage tickets, and schedule engineers based on priority, skills and location.
You’ll work with TAMs and account teams to ensure a premium service experience for clients while keeping records up to date and processes efficient. This central operational role offers career progression within the service delivery path.
