We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital strategy. This is not a passive role. We need an individual contributor who can build, launch, and scale campaigns across multiple channels with clear, measurable results.

Our flagship product, Synergy, is a well-established tech brand with hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide. Over a decade in the making, we’re now aiming for millions. This role is key to getting us there. You’ll define the brand narrative, run performance marketing, and build campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive revenue.

Your core focus: generate high-quality B2B MQLs. That means understanding our target market inside out, identifying the right buyers, and crafting campaigns that open conversations with decision makers and convert interest into leads.

Your secondary objective: maintain and improve our B2C marketing including SEO, content, and influencer partnerships. This includes working with high-impact tech influencers like Linus Tech Tips, as well as developing new relationships with other influencers. How do B2B and B2C play together? We're a B2C2B company; many of our B2B leads start as individual users and convert into business deals. That means our B2C channels aren’t just brand awareness, they’re often a key part of the B2B funnel.

The ideal candidate should be strong in B2B and capable in B2C. You will work with leadership to define KPIs for your goals, and have input into how those goals develop. We’re especially interested in candidates with a track record of placing smaller tech brands into larger, established ecosystems via smart influencer marketing and product-led storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B2B Lead Generation: Design and run performance campaigns that drive high-quality MQLs. Define lead scoring with sales and own the funnel from first click to qualified lead.
  • Digital Execution: Build and optimise campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels. Manage the content calendar, drive SEO performance, and ensure site content supports lead gen.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Maintain and expand relationships with creators like Linus Tech Tips. Own influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Content Development: Produce and repurpose assets that resonate with IT decision-makers (e.g. product explainers, blog posts, case studies). Collaborate with internal teams to surface success stories.
  • Marketing Ops: Work with the team on Salesforce to manage automation flows, segment audiences, and track lead lifecycle progression.
  • Performance & Analytics: Report on campaign performance, SEO outcomes, and lead quality. Continuously iterate based on data and feedback.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B/B2C tech.
  • Proven track record of running multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and revenue.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns (e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn) and measuring ROI.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and performance analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Comfortable writing or editing B2B content (e.g. blog posts, landing pages, case studies).
  • Self-starter: able to own projects end-to-end and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Surrey on a semi-regular basis for key leadership meetings.
Key Skills:
  • Must-haves: Lead Generation, Funnel Management, Marketing Automation, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), Influencer Marketing (YouTube, LinkedIn), SEO, Performance Marketing (PPC, etc), Content Marketing, Analytics & Attribution, Cross-functional Collaboration, Campaign Execution.
  • Nice-to-haves: Event Marketing & Field Engagement, Video Marketing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), Community Engagement, Basic HTML/CSS or CMS familiarity, PR/Comms Experience.

If you are a results-driven marketing professional with experience in influencer partnerships and a strong ability to enhance brand awareness and engagement, we encourage you to apply!
