About The Role:
Synergize delivers responsive maintenance and project works across Ministry of Defence (MOD) housing estates throughout London, Kent, and the Home Counties. Maintaining high service standards across our contracts is a key priority, and we are looking for an experienced 2-person roofing team to join our growing operation. This role involves carrying out responsive roofing repairs and maintenance works within occupied MOD housing properties.
Hours of work: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Key responsibilities:
- Roof repairs
- Tile and slate replacement
- Leak investigations
- Guttering and associated roofing works
- General responsive maintenance
About You:
- An experienced roofer working with a labourer/mate
- Teams with experience in responsive maintenance and occupied properties
- Reliable individuals who can work independently and deliver quality workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience working within social housing or maintenance contracts advantageous
