You will be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, comfortable with proactive outreach and have a proven ability to turn conversations into commercial opportunities.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a Business Development role within construction, refurbishment, FM, retrofit, decarbonisation or a related sector.
- Existing relationships with Housing Associations, Local Authorities or public sector clients (highly desirable).
- Experience working with frameworks and understanding how to maximise their value.
- A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to open new conversations.
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating with operational teams.
