We are seeking SC + NPPV3 Cleared Senior Technical Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to support a complex technology delivery programme within a UK policing, crime, intelligence and public-sector environment. This is a senior delivery role requiring strong Agile/Sprint leadership, technical oversight, governance and assurance coordination, together with the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders, technical teams and public-sector partners.
Duration: 3 months initially, extension is likely
Day rate: £600 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid, WFH and London
Key Experience:
- Current SC + NPPV3 clearance
- Senior Technical Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or Delivery Manager experience
- Proven technology delivery experience within policing, crime, intelligence or a comparable regulated public-sector environment
- Strong Sprint/Agile delivery leadership
- Technical oversight across multidisciplinary teams and workstreams
- Experience coordinating governance, assurance, risks, dependencies and technical approvals
- Strong senior stakeholder and supplier management
- Experience liaising with policing/public-sector stakeholders
- Agile strong technical delivery experience in a comparable secure environment is more important.
- Relevant Agile qualifications such as PSM, PMI-ACP or SAFe are advantageous.
