We are looking for an experienced SC cleared Systems Engineer with a strong engineering and electronics background to support a client's complex and high-profile programme within a secure environment. This role would suit someone who is technically strong, highly organised and comfortable operating across multiple engineering disciplines — acting as the central point for gathering technical inputs from SMEs and bringing them together into clear, structured system-level documentation and designs.
Key experience required:
- Strong Systems Engineering background
- Understanding of electronics and integrated systems
- Experience producing and managing High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
- Ability to engage with internal SMEs, engineering teams and stakeholders to capture technical requirements and dependencies
- Experience pulling together complex technical information into cohesive system solutions and documentation
- Requirements capture, documentation and traceability experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within Defence, Government or highly regulated environments advantageous
