This opportunity requires active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. Due to the nature of the work, applications can only be considered from candidates who currently hold valid DV clearance and are able to work on-site in Hampshire.
We are seeking an experienced Account Resourcing Lead to take ownership of workforce planning, demand management, and resource fulfilment within a highly secure and complex delivery environment. This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with delivery teams, talent acquisition specialists, and senior stakeholders to ensure workforce requirements are accurately forecast, effectively managed, and successfully fulfilled. You will play a key role in aligning resourcing strategies with operational objectives while driving efficiency and workforce optimisation.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Active DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance – Mandatory
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Hampshire
- Proven experience in resource management, workforce planning, talent management, or recruitment operations within complex environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and delivery models
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing workforce decisions
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
